Collection SMS
If your recipient says they have not received the funds yet, it may be because they haven't received the collection SMS. The good news is that you can resend the collection SMS yourself.
Simply follow the below steps after sending us "Hi"on WhatsApp +2786 001 8555 or USSD *130*566#
Step 1: Select My Orders.
Step 2: Select the order you want to resend the SMS for.
Step 3: Follow the prompts
Make sure the recipient details are correct
Technical Issue
If there's a technical issue with a bank Top-Up or Wallet transfer, it might also delay your recipient from receiving the funds. This may take up to 24 working hours (Monday - Friday) to resolve.
If you've placed and paid for an order, but your recipient hasn't received the funds after 24 working hours, please call us at +27860018555.
