Using Credit Notes

You can use your credit notes to pay for your next order — but you’ll need a little help from us to get started.

Please call us on [phone] or send us a "Hi" to the same number and one of our friendly consultants can assist you in placing the order and applying your credit note.

Note: If your order total is more than your credit note value, you’ll need to pay the difference via EFT or cash deposit at an FNB ATM.

Here’s what to do if there is an amount difference:

Pay the Balance
Use EFT or deposit cash at an FNB ATM for the remaining amount.

Keep Your Receipt
Hold onto your proof of payment — you’ll need it!

Send Proof of Payment
Email your receipt to [e-mail].
Make sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Using Affiliate Credit

Affiliate credit is perfect for buying HotAirtime, and you can also use it for electricity or airtime, as long as the amount doesn’t exceed your available credit.

Here’s how:

Choose Payment Method
When checking out, select “affiliate credit/loyalty points”.

Complete Your Purchase
Just make sure your total is within your available affiliate credit.
