What does “Order Payment” mean when using Mukuru?
When you send money with Mukuru, “order payment” is the payment you make to complete your transfer. Once you pay, your transaction is confirmed and processed, so your recipient can collect the money quickly and securely.
What if my order payment has expired?
If your payment isn’t made within 72 hours, the order will expire. Don’t worry—you can simply create a new order to continue with your transfer.
How can I stop my order from expiring?
To avoid this, just make sure to pay within the time limit. If it does expire, you can easily start a new order and try again.
