Introduction to Mukuru WiCode
A Mukuru WiCode is a unique voucher code that allows recipients to collect money sent to them from various retail partners, including Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, and Pick n Pay. This convenient system ensures you can receive your funds easily, even without a bank account. The process is secure and simple, giving you access to your money at trusted retail locations.
Important Note for Overseas Transfers:
If you are receiving funds from overseas, please be aware that your Mukuru WiCode can only be redeemed at a Mukuru Branch, Mukuru Booth, or via a Mukuru Card. It cannot be used at retail partners like Shoprite or Pick n Pay. This distinction helps avoid confusion, as Mukuru uses the same term “WiCode” for both local and international redemptions.
