The Mukuru Wallet provides customers with an easy way to keep track of their transactions through the Wallet Statement feature. This feature allows customers to view their recent transactions and request detailed statements, ensuring transparency and effective financial management.
Can I get a statement?
You can get a Statement on your Mukuru Wallet by following the below steps:
1. Select "Wallet"
2. Enter your secret 5-digit Wallet PIN
3. Select "Wallet Statement"
You will then be presented with two options, to view your last 5 transactions or get a 90 Day Statement. If you want to view the last 3 months transactions (90 Day Statement), please continue by following the below steps.
4. Select "Email 90 Day Statement"
5. You will be presented with your email address that the 90 Day Statement will be sent to and if it's correct, select "Yes" and your statement will be sent to you.
Do note, that if you select 90 Day Statement and you do not have an email registered to your profile you will not be able to get the 90 Day Statement. You will need to contact our contact centre or speak to one of our consultants on WhatsApp to add your email to your profile.
