All Remitely and World Remit orders get automatically changed into a Mukuru voucher. If the voucher details match, you can redeem it under the "receive money" option within your Wallet menu. From there, you can choose to either redeem it into your wallet or collect the cash at a Mukuru booth or branch.
If the details do not match, you will not receive the voucher - please check in with your sender to ensure they've inserted your correct details when sending.
