To redeem a voucher, the name, surname, and phone number must exactly match the details registered in the Mukuru system. If there’s any mismatch, the system will not be able to locate the voucher and will return an error.
Vouchers from Remitly and WorldRemit can be redeemed through Mukuru. If your details match those on the voucher, simply use the "Send Money" option to redeem it.
If the details do not match, redemption will not be possible. Please confirm with your sender that they used your correct information when issuing the voucher.
