Steps to Perform a Pocket Transfer
To perform a pocket transfer, customers can follow these simple steps:
- Select Pocket Transfer: From the Check Balance screen, select the Pocket Transfer option to move funds from the Zerorated pocket to the Transactional pocket.
- Enter Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred.
- Review Transfer: A summary of the transfer will be displayed. The customer can review the details and choose to accept the transfer to complete it, enter a new amount, or cancel the transfer.
Important Note
Customers should be aware that funds moved into the Transactional pocket will no longer have free cash out. This means that while transferring funds can provide flexibility for transactions, it may also incur additional fees when cashing out from the Transactional pocket.
