What to do if Mukuru App keeps requesting CCV number and not completing transaction?
If you can’t complete your order because you keep getting asked for your CCV number and the transaction still doesn’t go through after putting in your CCV number, this may be a result of a network issue. Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
1. Check your network
2. Logout and then log back in to your Mukuru App
3. Try removing card from the App and then re add it again
4. If the above doesn’t work you can complete payment on website https://online.mukuru.com/auth
5. If these don’t work, please cancel your order, create a new one and change your payment method to Pay by Bank or Apple Pay.
