How long will it take for my payment to get processed?
Please note that the time it takes for the payment to be processed depends on the payment method you used:
• Bank Transfer: 2-5 working days
• Card Payments: instant
• Apple Pay: instant
• Pay by Bank: instant
If you made a bank transfer more than 5 working days ago and have not yet received confirmation, please send your proof of payment (POP) to online@mukuru.com.
