How long will it take for my recipient to get their funds?
How long it will take your remittance order to land with your recipient depends on the payment method used to complete your order. Below are the pay out times per payment method:
• Pay by Bank, Apple Pay and Card Payments – these payment methods allow for instant processing of your order to your recipient and is our recommended method of payment. Please note, that if you used any of the forementioned payment option and you selected Bank Top-Up as the payout method, it will take up to 72 hours to clear into your recipient's account.
• Banks Transfers – takes 3 to 5 working days for payment to be processed and cleared from your UK bank account. Please note, that if you used the Bank Transfer payment option and you selected Bank Top-Up as the payout method, it will take up to an additional 72 hours to clear into your recipient's account. If 3 business days has passed and your recipient still hasn’t received the funds, then please send us the Proof of Payment to online@mukuru.com."
