I’m trying to send money, but payment keeps getting stuck
If you’re trying to send money and the order completion status keeps getting stuck and doesn’t reach 100% completion, please try the below problem-solving steps in their exact order:
1. Log out and log back and try to complete the payment again
2. Try to complete your payment on the website https://online.mukuru.com/auth
3. Technical issue – payment HAS gone off:
If payment got stuck, but money went off in your bank account when you tried to pay using ‘Pay by Bank’, we would need to allocate the payment, please send us an email with your query to online@mukuru.com or alternatively call us on +44 71830 052. If you experienced the same issue however you tried using the pay via ‘Bank Transfer’ method, please include a Proof of Payment in your email.
4. Technical issue – payment has NOT gone off:
If you have tried steps 1 and 2 and both steps have failed and money has not gone off in your account, please send us a screenshot of the error to online@mukuru.com.
