If you're unable to log in, ensure that you are registered on the Mukuru App. If you are not registered, you will need to complete the registration process.
If you are registered on the Mukuru App and you're experiencing difficulties completing your profile or logging in on the Mukuru App and are using the correct password this may be due to a technical issue or App Update issue. Please try the below steps in the exact order:
1. Try to uninstall and reinstall the App, if you're still unable to log in, please try option 2 below.
2. Please update your profile on our website. Simply visit the following link: https://online.mukuru.com/auth
