How to change recipient details for a paid order?
You can edit your recipient details for a paid order on the Mukuru App by following the below steps:
Step 1. Log in to your Mukuru App
Step 2. Select “My Transactions”
Step 3. Choose the recipient you want to edit by clicking on their order
Step 4. Select “Manage recipient” or ""Edit Recipient""
You will then be able to update and change your selected recipients’ details. Once this is done, click on “Save changes.
How to change recipient details of an unpaid order?
You can't change the recipient details of an unpaid order, you will need to cancel the order and create a new one. Once the order has been paid for, you can then edit the recipients' details.
