If you need to update your recipient's details, such as their name or mobile number, here's how you can do it:
Steps to Edit Recipient Details:
1.Access Recent Transactions or Recipients Tab: Go to your recent transactions or navigate to the recipient's tab in your account.
2.Select Edit Recipient Profile: Find the recipient whose details you want to change and click on "Edit recipient profile."
3.Make the Desired Changes: Update the recipient's name or mobile number as needed.
I Want to Edit My Recipient Details for a Paid Order So That They Can Collect, How Can I Do That?
If there are outstanding paid orders awaiting collection for the recipient, you will need to contact our contact center. Additionally, recipients of mobile wallet and bank top-ups will need to be edited by our contact center.
