How will my refund be paid back to me?
The way in which you will receive your refund, depends on which payment method you used. Please see below payment methods and where the monies will be paid back into:
• Bank Transfer: Require customers bank account details and proof of payment. Once received, the monies will be paid back into your bank account
• Card Payments: Refund directly to card that was used
• Apple Pay: Refund directly to card that is listed
• Pay by Bank: Refund directly to card
How long will it take to get my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be completed depends on the payment method you used:
• Bank Transfer: 24-48 working hours
• Card Payments: 24-48 working hours
• Apple Pay: 24 working hours
• Pay by Bank: 24 working hours
