How Do I Pay for My Mukuru Order and Where Is My Transaction History?
Paying for your Mukuru order is simple and convenient. You have two options to choose from:
-Pay with Card: You can use a debit or credit card that is registered in the same name as your Mukuru account. This method ensures a quick and secure payment process.
-Pay by Bank Transfer: After creating your Mukuru order, log in to your bank's portal and pay for the order using the details provided. Make sure the reference details are correct to avoid any delays. As soon as the funds are available, the order will be released.
-Apple Pay: You will need to use an Iphone and add your card as a payment method.
-Pay By Bank: You will be provided with a list of UK banks to choose from. After selecting your bank, you will be redirected to your bank's website to make and approve the deductions. Once the transaction is complete, you will return to the Mukuru App to confirm your payment.
Where Do I See My Transaction History?
You can view your transactions on your dashboard. You can also select the Transactions icon located on the navigation bar, or in the menu. This will give you a detailed overview of all your past transactions, allowing you to keep track of your financial activities with Mukuru.
