If you paid at a PEP store, you need to use the till slip or receipt as proof of payment. Make sure to keep this document safe until your refund is processed.
How Do I Provide Proof of Payment for EFT Transactions?
If you paid via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), you have a couple of options:
PDF Format: Download the proof of payment into a PDF format and send it to pay@mukuru.com.
Bank Statement: Alternatively, you can send us the bank statement showing the deduction to pay@mukuru.com.
