Using credit notes for orders
You can use your credit notes to pay for your next order. However, if the order amount exceeds the value of your credit notes, you will need to pay the balance. This can be done through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a cash deposit at an FNB ATM.
Steps to Follow:
- Complete the Payment: Pay the balance of your order via EFT or cash deposit at an FNB ATM.
- Keep the Receipt: Make sure to keep the receipt as proof of payment.
- Send Proof of Payment: Email the receipt to pay@mukuru.com. Ensure the subject line of the email includes your order number.
