How Long Is My Refund Going to Take?
The time it takes to process your refund depends on the method you used to make the payment. Here are the details:
-If you paid for your order at a Mukuru Branch or Booth, you need to go to the nearest Mukuru Branch/Booth and once the order has been cancelled by a Mukuru staff member your refund will be made available immediately.
-For Mukuru Wallet refunds, please call or WhatsApp us at +260211445676. Once our consultant cancels your order and processes your refund, it will reflect immediately.
-If your paid for you order at a PEP store, 543 Konse Konse, Kazang and at a Zoona Booth your refund will take up to 5 working days.
-If you selected MTN MoMo, Airtel or Zamtel Mobile Wallets as your payout method, it would take up to 15 working days.
