How Can I Create an Order with Mukuru?
You can send money via WhatsApp, USSD, and at a Mukuru branch or Booth. To send via WhatsApp you can follow the below steps:
Step 1. Select Send Money Now
Step 2. Select the recipient's country
Step 3. Select the collection method
Step 4. Select the recipient or input the recipient details
Step 5. Insert the amount you want to send
Step 6. Select Payment method
Step 7. Purpose of funds
Step 8. The relationship to recipient (this will show up only on 1st time recipients
Step 9. Confirm order
You will receive a confirmation of order message.
If you can't create an order for your recipient, check if your recipient details are correct. If your recipient details are correct, it is likely that you have reached your daily limit. Recipients in Zambia have a limit of 20 000 kwacha per day. You can try sending to your recipient tomorrow.
