What is the difference between USD Coin and BTC (Bitcoin)?
USDC (USD Coin) is a stablecoin that is pegged to the US Dollar. It’s backed by real U.S. dollars and equivalents and issued by a regulated company called Circle. Because its value doesn’t change much, it’s great for everyday transactions and protecting your money during market ups and downs.
Bitcoin (BTC), on the other hand, is a decentralized cryptocurrency with a limited supply. Its price can go up or down a lot. Unlike USD Coin, Bitcoin isn’t controlled by any company or government—it runs on a global network of users, which makes it more unstable and unpredictable.
