How to Edit Recipient Details

To update recipient details, follow these steps via our WhatsApp channel:

1. Send “Hi” to our WhatsApp number to activate the menu.
2. Select My Account.
3. Choose My Orders.
4. Pick the order you want to modify.
5. Select Change Recipient Details.
6. Update the recipient’s name, contact details, or other personal information.

You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the changes are successful. This ensures your transaction is accurate and the money reaches the right person.
