How to Resend an SMS to the Recipient
To resend SMS please first confirm that the recipient phone number is correct. Then you can resend an SMS to the recipient by sending us a “Hi” on WhatsApp and select “My Account” --> “My Orders” and then selecting which order you would like to resend SMS. The recipient will receive a new SMS with the correct details.
