Trying to pay for an order but it says that the reference is incorrect or system is offline?
If you see “reference incorrect” or “system offline” when paying for an order, here’s why:
✔ Retailers have payment limits.
✔ You must pay at the same retailer you selected as your Pay-in method when creating the order.
✔ If you go to a different retailer and the amount exceeds their limit, you’ll get an error.
✅ Solution: Make payment at the retailer you originally chose for your order.
