Sent money from overseas but recipient unable to collect it?
If your recipient can’t collect, check for incorrect details, voucher number, or partner issues. If sent via MoneyTrans, Remitly, or WorldRemit, visit a Mukuru booth/branch with the collection reference and valid ID or Passport.
If the recipient has a Mukuru Card, they can redeem the voucher via WhatsApp +27860018555 and sending us a “Hi”, then select Mukuru Card, enter PIN, and choose Redeem Vouchers.
