Having trouble with the Mukuru App?
- Check your data connection and make sure your app is up to date.
- Forgot your password? Tap ‘I forgot my password’ to create a new one.
- Still having issues? Log out and log back in.
If you are logged in & not seeing VAS icons? Make sure you’re registered under RSA and have an active Mukuru Card.
