How can I resolve if I default?
The repayment option should still be available on your loan menu where you can still repay.
You can repay your Mukuru Loan by following the below steps on WhatsApp:
Step 1 - Select "Loans" from The Mukuru Menu
Step 2 - Select "Repay my loan" option to settle your loan.
Step 3 - Select the loan amount you want to repay (full balance or a partial repayment)
Step 4 - Confirm Repayment
