What happens if my Mukuru card is lost or stolen?
If your Mukuru card is lost or stolen, please stop it via the Mukuru Card Main Menu on WhatsApp or USSD by following the below steps:
Step 1 - Select "Mukuru Card"
Step 2 - Select "Stop Card"
Step 3 - Select "Lost/Stolen"
We will block the card to prevent unauthorized transactions and guide you through the process of getting a replacement card in order to repay your loan.
