What is debt review?
Debt review helps customers who are struggling to meet their debt obligations. They are appointed a debt counsellor who approaches creditors on the customer's behalf and makes payment arrangements to reduce loan and credit payments to a manageable amount. Mukuru does not offer this service, but loan customers have the right to approach third parties and make use of it for Mukuru loans.
