How do I Cash-out?
You can create a withdrawal order and receive your via WiCode from your USD Coin Wallet Menu. You can withdraw by following the below steps from the Mukuru main menu:
- Select "Save in Dollars"
- Enter your 4-digit Mukuru Pin
- Select ' Cash-out ZAR" On the USD Coin Wallet Menu
- Enter the amount of ZAR (rands) you want to withdraw from your Wallet (Maximum withdrawal Limit is R3,000 per Wicode withdrawal. You can create multiple Wicode withdrawal orders to withdraw more money)
- Confirm your withdrawal and the fees
- You will then receive a Message with your Wicode Collection reference. Keep this SMS.
- Your Balances will be updated at this point.
- Take this reference to any Shoprite/Checkers/uSave or Pick n Pay and receive your cash. Keep the Slip.
Once you have received your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation message.
Can I Cash-out directly to my Mukuru Card?
Unfortunately, withdrawals are currently only available via Wicode withdrawal. Mukuru will soon look to add other methods to receive withdrawals.
