My Mukuru App is Not Working

- Login Issues
If you're unable to log in, ensure that you are registered on the Mukuru App. If you are not registered, you will need to complete the registration process. - App Version
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Mukuru App. Some features may not work correctly on older versions. - Did you forget your password?
Yes: Kindly select the reset button at the bottom of your app and follow the steps.
No: Please check that you have data to access the app. If you have done so, then here are some common issues and their solutions: - Order Submission Problems
If you are unable to submit an order after creating it, make sure that all required fields are filled out correctly. If the problem persists, try logging out and logging back in. - VAS Icons Not Visible
If you cannot see the VAS icons when you log into your profile, check that you are registered under the RSA brand and that you have an active Mukuru Card.
