Why Has My Recipient Not Received Funds Yet?
If your recipient says they have not received the funds yet, it may be because they haven't received the collection SMS. You can resend it using WhatsApp and USSD. Make sure the recipient details are correct:
On WhatsApp
Step 1. Select My Orders.
Step 2. Select the order you want to resend the SMS for.
Step 3. Follow the prompts
What If My Recipient Hasn't Received Funds Due to a Technical Issue?
If there's a technical issue with a bank Top-Up or Wallet transfer, it might also delay your recipient from receiving the funds. This may take up to 24 working hours (Monday - Friday) to resolve.
