Introduction
An order replacement refers to the process of sending a new item to a customer when the original order was incorrect or otherwise unsatisfactory.
Some common reasons where an order replacement might be necessary are; to change the order to another country, change the order to a different currency, or changing the collection method of the order.
Paid for an order but want to change it to a different country?
If you want to change your order to a different country, please follow one of the below steps:
- For unpaid Orders:
Simply cancel your order and create a new one. To cancel your order please follow the below step on WhatsApp:
Step 1. Select My Orders
Step 2. Select the order you would like to cancel
Step 3. Select Cancel Order - Once you have cancelled the unpaid order, you can go ahead and create a new order with the correct country
- For Paid Orders:
If you want to change your order to a different country and you paid for the order at the branch or booth, please go back to the branch or booth you made you payment at so that they can assist you.
