What Are the Restrictions on Payments?
Unfortunately, payments made using a third-party account or business account via EFT with local banks are not accepted. Payments should be made from your personal bank account. If you have already made a payment from a business account, it will need to be refunded.
How Do I Get a Refund If I Paid with My Business Account?
- For payments below R5000: Kindly send Proof of Payment and a Bank Confirmation letter to pay@mukuru.com.
- For payments above R5000: Kindly send Proof of Payment, a Bank Confirmation letter or Bank Statement, and a clear selfie picture of you holding your ID or Passport to pay@mukuru.com.
How Long Does this Refund Process Take if I Paid with My Business Account?
