If you paid for your order at a Mukuru Branch or Booth, you would need to return to the same location with your ID or Passport to receive your refund.
Can I Collect My Refund for Orders Paid at a Retail Partner?
Refunds for orders paid at a retail partner cannot be collected at the store. Instead, you must email pay@mukuru.com with your proof of payment and the bank account details where you would like the refund to be deposited.
