- Specific Retailer Selection: When creating your order, ensure you select the retailer you intend to use as your Pay-in method. e.g if you selected Shoprite as your Pay- in option when you create an order the reference number you will get afterwards can only be used at Shoprite.
- Limit Exceedance: If you go to a different retailer than the one you chose and the amount exceeds that retailer's limits, you will receive an error message indicating that the reference number is incorrect or offline.
