There is no fee for replacing a Mukuru Card; however, a one-time activation fee of R100 will be charged. All funds from your previous card will be transferred to your new Mukuru Card. Please note that if there are any outstanding fees on your old card, they will be deducted from your new card upon activation to ensure your Mukuru Card account is up to date. Please note that some cash-in fees may apply depending on the method you use to top up the card.
