In some cases, it may take up to 5 business days if intermediary banks are involved.

Payment confirmation
Voucher details
Reminders if the funds haven’t been collected.
4. Unclaimed Remittances
If a remittance is not collected within 12 months, it is considered unclaimed.
Unclaimed funds must be refunded or transferred to the Bank of Zambia, as per regulatory requirements.
