To sign up for Mukuru Funeral Cover, you need to be a registered Mukuru Core Customer. You can register by following the below steps:

- Type “BYE” to end the current chat. This will take you back to the main menu from where you will be able to follow the next step below.
- Select "Sign up for Mukuru!" and follow the prompts
When signing up you will also need to provide the following information:
- Legal Documentation Number (Please ensure that you have a valid SA ID, a foreign Passport or Asylum Paper)
- A selfie holding your Identity
- Your Home Address
- Job Title
Once registered, you can reach a sales consultant by choosing one of the following options: - Call us at 08600 185 56
- Request a callback by dialling *130*566#, selecting "Insurance", then "Get Funeral Cover", and finally “Request a call back”.
