You will be able to see our Card menu when you register with Mukuru and become a Mukuru Card customer.
If your Mukuru Card goes missing, you’ll be able to block it immediately, all you need to do on WhatsApp is:
-Select Mukuru Card
-Enter your 4-digit PIN
-Select Stop Card
-Choose the relevant reason (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.)
Your card will be blocked right away — preventing anyone from using your card details to make transactions.
Block Your Card Outside Operating Hours
If it’s after hours and you’ve forgotten your PIN, don’t worry. Just call 0861 115 195 and select Option 5 to block your card manually.
