Why am I being charged more at the branch/booth when paying for my premiums?
When paying in cash at a branch or booth, if the premium includes cents, the total amount payable will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. However, when making a premium payment using the Wallet, you will pay the exact amount with no rounding up, making it the cheaper option. (E.g. if your
premium is 20.13USD, a cash payment would be 21.00USD, while a Wallet payment remains 20.13USD.)
