Can I go back to the Branch or Booth to collect my refund?
If you paid at a booth or branch in Lesotho, collect your refund at the same location. Just bring your ID or passport.
Refunds if paid via EFT
If you paid for an order via EFT and want a refund, please email proof of payment, your bank account details, and the reason for the refund request to pay@mukuru.com.
