How Long Will My Refund Take?
If you paid for your order at a Mukuru Branch or Booth, you will receive your refund immediately.
For payments made via Mobile Money (Airtel or MTN), once you have contacted us to request a refund, it will take up to 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
