What is a payment reference or order number?
It’s a special number given to your payment so we can tell it apart from others.
Why is it important?
It helps us find your payment quickly, fix any issues, and make sure everything is safe and correct.
I got a message to pay, but I already did.
If you paid by EFT or FNB and still got a message to pay, you may have used the wrong reference number. Please have this info ready so we can find your payment:
- The reference number you used
- The date you paid
- The bank you used
- Proof of payment (POP)
