If your Funeral policy payment is overdue, you can make payment quickly and easily by using your Mukuru Wallet! Alternatively, you can go to one of our Mukuru Branches or Booths and provide your Policy number to pay-up your policy. It's important to note that all our funeral cover plans have a 1-month grace period for annual subscriptions, while other subscription plans have a 15-day lapse period grace period. If your policy has lapsed, you have up to 6 months to reinstate your policy.
