These documents serve legal purposes and ensure we are interacting with the correct individual, thereby aiding in effective management of the product or service.
What documents are required for sign-up?
We require either your national ID, driver's license or valid passport. and you also need to have your beneficiaries details available to you namely Full name, ID number and phone number. Only Zimbabwean nationals are eligible for the funeral cover.
Do note that as a registered Mukuru Customer, we should already have these documents available with us as long as they're up to date, but if required, we may ask you to submit this documentation.
