Retail Partners: You can pay your Mukuru Funeral Cover premiums in cash at any of our retail partners PnP,Boxer,Shoprite,Checkers,uSave and Game. You will receive a monthly SMS with your unique payment reference.
FNB Account Holders: To pay your funeral cover premiums, search for "Mukuru Insurance Premiums" on your banking app:
- Select > Public Recipient
- Enter "Mukuru Insurance" in the text box to perform a search
- Choose "Mukuru Insurance Premiums" from the provided list
- For ease of payment, update your EFT payment reference each month with the order number sent to you via SMS
