How do I load my wallet/deposit fund (Cash In)
You can deposit money into your Mukuru Wallet by following the below steps:
1. Select "Wallet"
2. Sign into your wallet by entering your 5 digit PIN
3. Select "Cash in"
4. Enter the amount you want to deposit
5. Select "Accept" (any fees charged will also be displayed)
6.You will see a confirmation screen with a deposit order number and receive an SMS with a Deposit Order Number
7. You will take this deposit order number to your nearest Mukuru Branch/booth and use it when paying your deposit
8. Once paid, the money will load into your wallet and a new SMS will be sent with your new balance. You do not need and ID document to deposit funds.
